Requirements
1. Copy
of company/firm registration/Incorporation certificate
2. Copy
of valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate
3. Copy
of registration certificate with National Construction Authority (NCA7) or
above
4. Copy
of reports of Audited Accounts for financial year 2017,2018 and 2019
5. Details
of proof of similar works completed within the last 3 years with client’s
details
6. Details
of contractor’s qualification for key personnel
7. Details
of contractor’s plants and equipment
8. A
copy of CR 12 for companies.
9. Those
who enjoy the benefits of Youth, Women and PWD (AGPO) are encouraged to tender
and attach relevant certificates
The interested eligible bidders should visit the site and
seek more information from the school before filling the tender document.
Tender documents with detailed information may be
obtained from the school accounts office during normal working hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. One thousand (Kshs.1, 000.00).
Duly completed tender documents should be deposited in
the tender box situated at the school administration block on or before 3rd
September, 2020 at 4.00p.m, addressed as shown below:

Tenders will be opened on Friday, 4th September 2020
at 9.00a.m in presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late tenders will be returned unopened. Any form of canvassing will lead to
automatic disqualification. Kairi Secondary School is
not bound to accept the lowest or any other bid.
